The bill (Reg. No. 3338) aims to refine the procedure of issuance of licensing documents, processed by central bodies of executive power the receipt of which, entitles economic entity to exercise economic activity or certain types of economic activity.
Committee members drew attention to the fact that prohibition to receive a petition of economic entities on issuance of licensing documents or declarations by licensing bodies in a way worsens the conditions for carrying out economic activity in Ukraine, and, thus, will not refine conditions for doing business in Ukraine.
